Project Overview
This high-density residential project involved both the comprehensive architectural design and construction of a modern student housing complex for the CAI College of Nursing Science (CAICON). Located in Oluyoro, Ibadan, the development was engineered to provide premium, secure, and highly functional living spaces optimized for the academic focus of nursing students.
Scope & Delivery
The project comprises the design and construction of two independent residential blocks, totaling 100 rooms (two units of 50-room hostels). Our team managed the full project lifecycle from initial spatial planning and zoning to final structural finishing and handover, executing the entire build within an aggressive 5-month timeline in 2024.
