This institutional project involved the architectural design and comprehensive construction of a multi-functional faculty building for the CAI College of Nursing Science (CAICON). Located at the institution's campus in Oluyoro, Ibadan, the facility was engineered to provide a modern academic environment, optimizing spaces for administrative operations, lectures, and digital examination frameworks.
Scope & Key Features
The infrastructural development centers around a large-scale academic building, designed to integrate multiple educational zones. A core highlight of the project is the inclusion of a high-capacity, 300-seat Computer-Based Testing (CBT) hall, fully optimized for digital examinations and large-scale student assessments. Our team oversaw the entire lifecycle of the development, including detailed spatial planning, advanced structural engineering, and precise interior finishing.
